Good, quick service.

The website works well and allows me to quickly make a reservation. I have used AboutAirportParking for several years now.

Scheduling online was convenient. The women working at the hotel were very nice and helpful. The parking itself was challenging. The quantity of spaces to park was so minimal we literally parked in the very last space available and the vehicle used to transport us could use a good cleaning.

Prepaid. When returning to pick up my car, staff at hotel not very helpful. Did not offer any instruction, paper work, parking validation. When exiting garage additional $240.00 to get my car out. Went back into hotel and told by desk staff nothing they could do. This at 9:00PM after a nine hour flight, having to drive two hours home and having to get up at 6:00AM to go to work the next day. Would never use this option again for parking at the Newark airport, Would not recommend this service,

Checked in 15 minutes early but checked out 30 minutes early and they charged me .70 more after I had prepaid. No one at the window to argue with about it. This was canopy parking!!! Stupid!!!

The site was easy and fast to book. My second time during this.

Very easy to Register.

One place to find inexpensive parking at a location that is convenient.
We have booked, but not used it yet. I will know in 2 weeks how well it works out.
